Shipping policy

ISOTROPIC is not responsible for your package after shipping.

The majority of the shipping options include a tracking number. It is your responsibility to communicate with the shipping services if there are any delays or missing packages. As soon as the package is shipped out, it becomes your property. 

ISOTROPIC is not responsible for any duties/customs.

If a mistake is made in the shipping address, please contact me. If it has not been shipped out yet, I will most likely be able to fix it. If a mistake was made ON YOUR PART and the package has already been shipped out, an additional re-shipment fee will need to be paid. This re-shipment fee is the cost of only the shipping. The following applies for any package that has been sent back to isotropic for any reason.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:

  • untracked lettermail: This shipping option DOES NOT come with a tracking number. Only certain products meet the requirements for this option. Generally, the package will take about 10 business days to arrive. It is shipped through Canada Post.
  • standard shipping: This shipping option will come with a tracking number and will be through UPS or Canada Post. Depending on location, delivery will generally take between 3-9 business days. 
  • express shipping: This shipping option will come with a tracking number and will be sent through Canada Post or UPS. Depending on location, delivery will generally take between 1-2 business days. 
  • local delivery: If you reside in the Windsor-Essex area in Ontario, you may be eligible for local delivery. Packages will be left on the doorstep generally within a week after processing time. Isotropic is not responsible for any stolen items. 

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES:

  • small parcel: This shipping option DOES NOT include a tracking number. It is sent through Canada Post air, and generally takes about 10 business days to arrive depending on location.
  • standard international: This shipping option includes a tracking number. Depending on location, delivery will generally take between 4-8 business days.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • economy international: This shipping option DOES NOT include a tracking number. Depending on the country of destination, it may be shipped by boat or plane. Please allow 20-60 business days for shipping time. 
  • international basic: This shipping option DOES NOT include a tracking number. Depending on the country of destination, it may be shipped by boat or plane. Please allow 20-60 business days for shipping time. 
  • Canada Post Small Packet International Surface: This shipping option DOES NOT include a tracking number. Depending on the country of destination, it may be shipped by boat or plane. Please allow 20-60 business days for shipping time. 
  • Canada Post Small Packet International Air: This shipping option DOES NOT include a tracking number. Depending on the country of destination, it may be shipped by boat or plane. Please allow 6-12 business days for shipping time. 
  • Canada Post Tracked Packet International: This shipping option DOES include a tracking number. Estimated travel time is 10 business days but may vary depending on destination country.
